Shipping policy
At UMI NAUTIC, all orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery methods, ensuring absolute transparency and security from our warehouse to your destination. If a parcel is lost in transit, it is fully covered by our insurance, and a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
1. DELIVERY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Once an order has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for ensuring a successful delivery. This includes providing accurate and complete address information, responding to courier notifications, and accepting the parcel. If a delivery is refused, missed multiple times, or if the courier requests action that is not taken, the parcel may be returned to origin. In these cases, the parcel is considered unrecoverable, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
2. DAMAGED ORDERS In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@uminautic.com within 48 hours of receipt. As part of our commitment to quality, we will arrange a full replacement of the damaged items. Unlike standard policies, UMI NAUTIC will cover the costs associated with shipping the replacement to ensure your experience remains seamless.
3. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED If tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, our responsibility for the delivery is fulfilled. If you cannot locate the parcel, you must contact the carrier directly to open an official claim. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier.
4. PROCESSING & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Please allow 24 to 72 hours for order processing before dispatch. For Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, estimated delivery is 6 to 12 business days. For the United States and Canada, the timeline is 7 to 13 business days. Orders for Central and South America typically arrive within 15 to 30 business days, while the rest of the world ranges from 10 to 20 business days. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Depending on the destination region, local customs clearance procedures, carrier operations, and other factors beyond our control, delivery may take up to 45 business days in exceptional cases. UMI NAUTIC is not liable for delays caused by external logistics factors.
5. TAXES & CUSTOMS All applicable sales taxes are included in the price displayed on our website. For most international destinations, we aim to ensure no additional charges are required upon delivery. However, any specific local customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
